The stable aluminium base with non-slip feet and the cast-aluminium adjuster guarantee safety, quality and durability. The adjuster allows a wide range of slice thickness adjustment - from 1 mm to 20 mm, so you can easily cut the products into really thin, delicate slices and into thick pieces, such as meat for chops. The thickness of the slices is adjusted by means of a convenient lever at the back of the adjuster. Safety of the appliance during operation is ensured by non-slip feet, blade guard and pulse mode (the device operates only when the switch is pressed). For advanced users, continuous operation will be convenient, with no need to keep the switch pressed. The slicer blade can be replaced. The manufacturer’s product range includes both smooth and serrated blades (smooth blade - accessory ACC039 and serrated blade - accessory ACC040).
